Aufgaben
- Optimize the Order-to-Invoice process and distribution ecosystem
- Ensure alignment with SOP and GDP requirements
- Identify process optimization and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Drive process improvements and reduce recurring issues
- Coordinate timely documentation and resolution of issues
- Support operational readiness for new country and product launches
- Assist with global system enhancements in SAP and Veeva
- Standardize distribution processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Analyze and reduce distribution costs with Finance teams
- Participate in SLA and performance reviews with logistics providers
- Log distribution incidents and analyze operational data
- Manage quality deviations within the Veeva QMS
- Prepare and report GDP and O2I performance metrics
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Oversee the lifecycle of SOPs and work instructions
- Manage customer master data creation and revalidation in SAP
- Support order management operations as required
