- •Familiarity with sales tools
- •Experience in early-stage startup environment
- •Experience selling into regulated industries
- •Background in management consulting or VC
- •Academic or extracurricular high achievement
- •Strong existing network in DACH tech ecosystem
- •Exposure to compliance and risk management topics

- •Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- •Prospect DACH target accounts to build a high-quality pipeline
- •Conduct discovery calls and tailor proposals for decision-makers
- •Negotiate contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- •Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zapier
- •Forecast revenue and report on pipeline health to the CEO and GTM lead
- •Provide an exceptional buying experience and ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success
- •Share market insights with GTM and product teams to influence positioning and messaging
- •Help develop sales playbooks, processes, and systems from the ground up
