- Experience in early-stage startup environment
- Experience selling into regulated industries
- Background in management consulting or VC
- Academic or extracurricular high achievement
- Strong existing network in DACH tech ecosystem
- Exposure to compliance and risk management topics
Aufgaben
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Prospect DACH target accounts to build a high-quality pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and tailor proposals for decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zapier
- Forecast revenue and report on pipeline health to the CEO and GTM lead
- Provide an exceptional buying experience and ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success
- Share market insights with GTM and product teams to influence positioning and messaging
- Help develop sales playbooks, processes, and systems from the ground up
