In this role, you will drive growth by managing the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will develop strategic plans for large organizations and leverage a consultative approach to build strong relationships and exceed sales targets.

Anforderungen
- •University degree in business, economics, marketing, or comparable
- •At least 3 years experience in a B2B, SaaS closing role within the enterprise or midmarket segment
- •Compelling sales track record with consistent quota achievement
- •Proficiency in lead generation via outbound
- •Excellent skills in addressing business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in the decision-making process (MEDDIC)
- •Analytical skills combined with a getting-things-done attitude and enthusiasm, as well as a confident and poised demeanour
- •Team player, willing to learn from others and to share own experiences
- •German skills at native speaker level and fluent English skills

- •Lead and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- •Develop strategic account plans for large organizations
- •Identify and unlock high-value opportunities to expand enterprise footprint
- •Source leads using a consultative, multi-touch approach
- •Build a strong pipeline and drive high-value enterprise deals
- •Forecast revenue (ARR) with precision
- •Provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline
- •Consistently surpass individual sales quotas
