- •Expertise in Discovery Calls and closing
- •Knowledge of MEDDIC or BANT frameworks
- •Comfort with production environments
- •Understanding of mechanical or electrical automation
- •Collaboration between sales and engineering
- •Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- •Quota-carrying mindset
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Additional European languages as an asset
- •Combination of strategy and hands-on execution
