Anforderungen
- •Expertise in Discovery Calls, qualification frameworks, and closing techniques
- •Comfort with production environments and understanding of automation requirements
- •Collaboration skills for sales and engineering hand-offs
- •Consistent CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and quota-carrying mindset
- •Fluency in French and English; German or other European languages as assets
- •Ability to combine strategy with hands-on execution and scaling

- •Qualify inbound leads and pursue outbound targets
- •Manage the full sales funnel through to closing
- •Forecast future revenue and track pipeline metrics
- •Design functional machines using proprietary MachineBuilder tools
- •Collaborate with application engineers on technical simulations
- •Provide field feedback to leadership to refine sales strategies
- •Meet monthly and quarterly company growth targets
