- •Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- •Self-motivation and tech-savviness

- •Passion for testing and improving outreach effectiveness
- •Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
- •High sense of responsibility and accountability

- •Analyze stakeholder mapping and develop overall strategy
- •Own renewal success and strategy to meet commercial targets
- •Ensure Customer Success recognition across stakeholders
- •Achieve customer advocacy goals with marketing
- •Monitor market trends and industry analysis
