- Recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or ACA)
- Deep expertise in IFRS
- Knowledge of Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, or US GAAP is an advantage
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting
- 8+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting
- 8+ years of relevant experience in controlling
- 8+ years of relevant experience in audit
- Experience ideally gained in private markets
- Experience ideally gained in asset management
- Experience ideally gained in Big4 audit/technical advisory
- Strong technical accounting capabilities
- Ability to interpret accounting standards
- Ability to assess accounting implications
- Ability to apply sound judgment in practice
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong overall systems proficiency
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Experience with VBA is a plus
- Experience with eFront is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Eye for detail
- Highly structured and driven
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment effectively
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English

- Drive continuous process improvement
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Foster collaboration and transparency
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
