Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related
- 5+ years relevant experience in fund accounting or controlling, focus on data analytics, ideally private markets, asset management, fund administration, or Big4
- Strong understanding of NAV review, fund structures, and control processes
- Advanced Excel and systems skills, practical Python experience; SQL, VBA, eFront, or similar tools advantageous
- Interest in process automation and translating business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, structured approach to large/complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and strong commitment to high-quality, timely delivery

- Review periodic NAV packages
- Examine financial statements
- Analyze annual reports
- Identify issues and inconsistencies
- Highlight areas requiring follow-up
- Drive automation initiatives
- Develop internal tools
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Act as primary contact for external fund administrators
- Communicate with auditors
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Resolve data and reporting issues
- Address control-related concerns
- Build effective working relationships
- Support continuous improvement
