Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of Viewpoint solution
- Work closely with Application Responsible and Product Owner
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Advise and plan future solution improvements
- Simplify application setup and architecture
- Collaborate with product vendor for improvements
- Check feasibility of insourcing peripheral components
- Plan and implement insourcing for team ownership
- Align with provider's strategy roadmap
- Coordinate and execute product improvements, fixes, and upgrades
- Continuously improve service availability, performance, and capacity
- Manage knowledge within the team
- Respond to risk-related matters
- Handle audits and access rights controls
- Conduct annual risk assessments
- Manage risk mitigation actions
- Maintain pipeline of technical debts
