- Ability to analyze complex application problems and provide solutions
- End-to-end thinking and process understanding
- Commitment, drive, and passion for quality solutions
- Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps
- Self-driven, hands-on mentality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Well-structured and reliable
- Fluent English (verbal/written)
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of Viewpoint solution
- Work closely with Application Responsible and Product Owner
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Advise and plan future solution improvements
- Simplify application setup and architecture
- Collaborate with product vendor for improvements
- Check feasibility of insourcing peripheral components
- Plan and execute insourcing of peripheral components
- Increase team ownership and flexibility
- Align with provider's strategy roadmap
- Coordinate and execute product improvements
- Implement fixes and upgrades
- Continuously improve service availability
- Enhance performance and capacity
- Manage knowledge within the team
- Respond to risk-related matters
- Conduct audits and access rights controls
- Perform annual risk assessments
- Manage risk mitigation actions
- Maintain pipeline of technical debts
