Anforderungen
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or proven relevant working experience
- Banking and Finance experience, especially in Investment & Wealth Management
- Proven delivery experience in Software Engineering using industry standards, TDD and BDD
- Sound understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps, agile certificates are a plus
- Understand DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and automated testing importance
- Sound understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps, agile certificates are a plus
- Can-do attitude, pragmatic, open-minded, entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to learn new ways of working and support transformation
- Strong organizational skills, well-structured, reliable, self-driven, hands-on mentality
- Excellent command of English (C1/C2)
- Openness to working in both frontend and backend domains
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of wealth management applications
- Work closely with Application Responsible and Product Owner
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies
- Design, implement, deploy, and release applications
- Monitor team applications and participate in merge request reviews
- Understand business needs by collaborating with colleagues
- Participate in planning and feature refinement sessions
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design software solutions
- Align solutions with Julius Baer's overall architecture vision
- Participate in Software Engineering communities
- Share knowledge and help others
- Deliver high-quality code following Julius Baer's guidelines
