- Solid full-stack development experience at senior level
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices driving experience
- Experience building decoupled, scalable distributed systems (REST)
- SRE practices and observability tools (OpenTelemetry) experience
- Containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD) experience
- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development
- Mastery of CI/CD practices and solutions, strong cloud environment understanding (Azure preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development, AI frameworks, AI model integration
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented, functional design principles, best practices patterns
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail
- Agile/Scrum environment experience, familiarity with lean development principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, solution-driven, continuous process improvement passion
- Effective work in small, globally distributed team, building trusted relationships
- Prior experience supporting quantitative model development
- Prior experience in Investment Products, Private Banking, Wealth or Asset Management
- Familiarity with geo-specific compliance (GDPR, APAC) and localization strategies
