- Experience in Big 4 environments
- Ability to lead diverse, cross-border teams
- Experience in hybrid delivery models
- Hands-on, structured, and solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with SAP and modern financial technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability to evolving client needs
- Experience supporting public-company reporting
- Experience supporting SEC-related processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in French
- Proficiency in German
Aufgaben
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Conduct analytical review and interpretation of results
- Oversee preparation of financial statements and disclosures
- Collaborate with EY specialists on complex accounting matters
- Support regulatory reporting obligations
- Direct and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams
- Ensure integrity of internal control environments
- Lead interactions with internal and external auditors
- Advise senior client stakeholders
- Contribute to board and audit committee materials
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and service delivery
