- Minimum 8 years experience in Controlling or FP&A
- Strong experience in legal entity controlling
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, performance management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to translate financial data into management insights
- Experience with ERP and planning/consolidation tools
- Fluent English
- Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
- Structured, proactive, and resilient finance professional
- Strong ownership, accountability, and leadership mindset
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end financial steering and performance management
- Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow oversight
- Conduct monthly closing reviews
- Prepare performance reports
- Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year
- Identify financial risks and opportunities
- Provide actionable recommendations to management
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Align planning with Group standards and timelines
- Drive cost governance and headcount planning
- Conduct productivity analysis
- Oversee overheads, allocations, and recharges
- Own cash forecasting
- Monitor key balance sheet positions
- Ensure strong financial discipline around capitalization and accruals
- Comply with Group controlling standards
- Maintain internal controls and audits
- Meet reporting requirements
- Act as a senior finance business partner to Zurich management
- Support process improvements and best practices
- Develop junior controllers
