White-glove order fulfillment for robotic surgery systems. Advanced ERP system mastery and C2 German language skills required. Structured onboarding, autonomy and flexibility.
Anforderungen
- Higher education in Business Administration, International Trade (CFC), or related field
- Minimum 5 years Customer Service or Order Management experience in international, fast-paced environment
- Native or C2 German mandatory
- Fluency in French and English required
- Advanced mastery of ERP systems
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticket-based project management tools
- Solid notions of Account Receivable (AR)
- Solid notions of general accounting principles related to sales
- Proactive mindset, taking initiative
- Analytical skills, ability to drive improvements
- Resilience, ability to maintain customer excellence under pressure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Medical Device experience is a strong asset
- QAD experience is a plus
Aufgaben
- Provide white-glove customer service
- Anticipate and meet customer needs
- Ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage full order fulfillment cycle
- Enter orders in ERP system
- Oversee inventory and delivery coordination
- Handle invoicing
- Identify and document process improvements
- Propose solutions to enhance efficiency
- Act as key ERP system user
- Manage technical requests in Jira
- Collaborate with IT on tool optimization
- Oversee basic AR functions
- Follow up on payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain financial data accuracy
- Coordinate complex shipments
- Handle customs requirements
- Manage returns and customer complaints
- Focus on quick resolution and traceability
- Track and report on KPIs
- Measure and report service levels
- Monitor operational success
