  • 5+ years facilities management experience
  • 2+ years in leadership role
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
  • Experience managing large-scale client accounts
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset for process improvement
  • Proficiency in facilities management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) plus
  • IFMA certifications (e.g., FMP, CFM) desirable
