- •5+ years facilities management experience
- •2+ years in leadership role
- •Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- •Experience managing large-scale client accounts
- •Excellent leadership and team management skills
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Analytical mindset for process improvement
- •Proficiency in facilities management software
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- •Project management certification (e.g., PMP) plus
- •IFMA certifications (e.g., FMP, CFM) desirable
