- Participate in HR forecasting activities
- Contribute to HR projects
- Work on new reporting tools
- Support people analytics initiatives
- Standardize HR reporting processes
- Document HR reporting procedures
- Collaborate with the HR Controlling team
- Take ownership of assigned tasks
- Support the company’s overall strategy
