- Strong analytical mindset and interest in supply chains, production, and forecasting
- Data and Excel proficiency; ERP or planning tools experience is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, reliable working style; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- First practical experience (internship, working student) in Supply or Production Planning
- Exposure to FMCG, food, supplements, cosmetics, or high-volume production environments
Aufgaben
- Support Supply Planning team
- Translate demand forecasts into production plans
- Ensure material availability for production
- Maintain production and supply schedules
- Coordinate with Demand Planning and Purchasing
- Track production performance against plan
- Identify variances and risks
- Prepare reports and analyses in Excel
- Support decision-making with planning data
- Communicate with operations, purchasing, and marketing
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses
- Perform data checks
- Contribute to process improvements
