Anforderungen
- Master's program enrollment in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related technical field
- Solid Python skills and working familiarity with scientific computing libraries
- Hands-on experience training deep learning models using PyTorch
- Ability to design and execute structured experiments
- Ability to interpret results and reason about model behavior
- Practical experience with Git-based development workflows
- Practical experience with Ubuntu environments including ROS/ROS2
- Prior exposure to robot learning workflows
- Prior exposure to demonstration data
- Prior exposure to teleoperation systems
- Familiarity with imitation learning approaches
- Familiarity with behavioral cloning approaches
- Familiarity with sequence modeling approaches
- Experience with experiment tracking tools
- Experience with reproducibility tooling
Aufgaben
- Analyze teaching data structure and quality
- Run experiments to assess learnable behavior
- Maintain reproducibility pipelines
- Prepare and execute robot demonstrations
- Handle hardware bring-up, calibration, and safety checks
- Deploy and validate VLA models on robots and in simulation
- Run fine-tuning experiments and track performance
- Collect and organize experiment results
- Support systematic data and model comparisons
- Identify and address model capability gaps
- Collaborate with robotics, ML, and software teams
- Manage experiment configuration and versioning
- Document results in clear technical reports
