  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Aufgaben

  • Assist with regular purchasing controlling reports
  • Develop and optimize management reports
  • Create reports using ThinkCell templates
  • Analyze and present cost trends and inflation surcharges
  • Collaborate on Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Design and maintain SharePoint and intranet pages
  • Support SharePoint page structure development
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, authentication, and authorization
  • Organize and maintain documents and content
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Create and revise PowerPoint presentations
