- Hands-on mindset and interest in daily procurement operations
- Ability to identify issues, concerns, and propose solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Initial experience with spend analytics tools (e.g. Ariba, Sievo), eProcurement tools (e.g. Keelvar) or contract management tools (e,g, Icertis) is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, eagerness to learn new topics
- Strong communication skills and comfort asking questions
- Proactive, willing to suggest ideas and try new approaches
- Team player, able to collaborate and work independently
- Organization, reliability, and task management skills
- Motivation to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and procurement

- Support Procurement projects
- Conduct market analysis
- Develop category strategies
- Manage tenders with RFIs, RFQs, RFXs
- Negotiate and implement procurement processes
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Create and optimize local reports
- Visualize data, trends, and KPIs
- Monitor supplier performance
- Implement key COE tools like iCertis and Keelvar
- Track suppliers’ sustainable practices
- Review SEDEX registration and audits
- Support sustainable sourcing of raw materials
- Assist with migration projects
