In this role, you will independently handle orders from start to finish, engage with customers and suppliers, and create insightful reports. You will also collaborate with the team to enhance processes and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration
• •Knowledge of MS Office applications
• •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• •Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• •Enjoyment of and interest in structured and complex transactions
• •High level of IT affinity
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

Aufgaben

• •Process orders independently from offer creation to invoicing
• •Communicate with customers and suppliers to clarify inquiries and orders
• •Create reports using PowerBI
• •Support process implementation and optimization in collaboration with the team
• •Act as an interface to all relevant departments
• •Manage, maintain, and update customer master data
