- Hands-on Linux experience
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service management

- Resolve everyday technical questions
- Maintain office meeting spaces
- Support device lifecycle management
- Unbox and tag company hardware
- Set up devices using MDM tools
- Troubleshoot common hardware issues
- Resolve common software issues

- Test Polycom and Zoom Rooms
- Prepare IT resources for new starters
- Securely collect equipment during offboarding
- Refine IT documentation
- Update internal wikis
