- First practical experience (internship, working student, project work) in FMCG, retail, sales, key account management, trade marketing or business analytics
- Experience with large data sets, dashboards or reporting tools
- Basic understanding of FMCG, retail/discount or key account management
- Solid MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and insights
- Ability to structure data and build understandable reports/dashboards
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Team player, structured, reliable, proactive working style, hands-on mentality, ability to work in international, cross-functional environment
Aufgaben
- Support global Discount Key Account Management team
- Prepare high-quality presentations and analyses
- Create thorough documentation for customer management
- Build tools and reports for fact-based decision-making
- Manage internal SharePoint page
- Maintain best practice library
- Organize and facilitate internal workshops and webinars
- Prepare professional presentations for meetings
- Assist with international negotiations through analyses
- Evaluate offers and document meeting minutes
- Develop and improve global discount dashboard
- Collect and check data for dashboard
- Structure information and conduct first-level analyses
- Prepare regular standardized reports
- Create data packs and summaries for key account projects
- Ensure SharePoint content is relevant and up-to-date
- Support organization of internal meetings and calls
- Handle invoicing tasks for Discount KAM team
- Create and track purchase orders
- Perform basic documentation and checks
