Aufgaben
- Work with Head of Infrastructure & Workplace Delivery
- Support global IT infrastructure function
- Drive priorities and prepare leadership communications
- Manage day-to-day priorities across regions
- Prepare management summaries and status updates
- Create executive-level presentations for leadership reviews
- Prepare agendas and handle logistics for meetings
- Follow up on leadership meetings, townhalls, and team forums
- Chase and coordinate regional team deliverables
- Ensure priorities stay on track
- Delegate operational requests and approvals
- Use tools like GIAM and ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities to automate team workflows
- Drive adoption of AI tools
- Organize recurring leadership and governance meetings
