- Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and PCB board files
- Team collaboration skills
- Independent work and task accountability
- Persistence and ability to resolve hard-to-find issues
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Hands-on experience with microcontroller/embedded boards
- Familiarity with SW debug tools
- Familiarity with HW measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, logic analyzers)
- Familiarity with CAD tools (Cadence, Mentor, Zuken)
- HW/SW/FW design experience

- Support customer integration of cutting-edge computing
- Debug complex hardware/software interactions
- Optimize system performance
- Collaborate with software, silicon, and system engineering teams
- Respond to customer support queries
- Reproduce and debug customer issues using Intel reference boards
- Present complex issues internally and externally
- Create test automation and remote test setups
- Resolve technical problems and customer issues
- Manage lab inventory
