- •Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or comparable degree
- •Strong affinity for numbers, quick grasp, and interest in HR subjects
- •Confident Excel skills and advantageous initial Power BI or reporting experience
- •Analytical thinking, structured work manner, and reliability
- •Enjoyment of complex interrelationships and data-driven value creation
- •Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
