- Drive to experiment with new technologies
- Clean eye for color grading
- Solid ear for sound design/audio cleaning
- Currently studying Media Production, Film, Communication Science, Business Informatics, or related field
- Enrollment in a university or gap year (for internship)
- Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
- Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)

- Edit high-quality short and mid-form videos
- Produce videos for social media, internal communication, and global campaigns
- Handle interviews and corporate video formats
- Perform professional color grading and audio processing
- Support AI video experiments
- Integrate AI tools into production routines
- Create platform-optimized video exports
- Build modular editing templates and frameworks
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and creative team
- Translate complex strategies into visual narratives
