- First experience or strong interest in controlling/finance (ideally manufacturing or supply chain related)
- Solid MS Excel knowledge; experience with data analytics/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills, structured and reliable work, attention to detail
- Curiosity for digitalization/automation in controlling; willingness to learn new tools/concepts
- C1 English fluency; good communication skills; collaborative mindset; enjoyment of cross-functional/international teamwork
Aufgaben
- Create, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Support development and daily operation of 'Performance Factory'.
- Maintain and improve automated reporting routines.
- Validate data quality and improve data accuracy.
- Propose process and efficiency improvements using digital tools.
- Support financial analyses, including cost analysis and forecasting.
- Prepare standard reports, reviews, and presentations for management.
- Consolidate and analyze financials for production sites/clusters.
- Prepare standard-price calculations and related controlling processes.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic and operational decisions.
