Aufgaben
- Process sales orders and rush orders
- Handle service requests and exchange programs
- Manage vial requests and product returns
- Process GATM and Named Patient Sales
- Handle commercial and free-of-charge items
- Ensure all orders are processed daily
- Monitor electronic EDI order and invoicing
- Support regional Customer Operations Management tasks
- Report on daily and weekly challenges
- Proactively solve operational issues with departments
- Coordinate order status updates with customers
- Communicate shipment status from Distribution internally
- Create and modify SAP customer records
- Validate Bona Fide criteria with documentation
- Update patient records in SFDC
- Collect and share customer interaction data
- Verify and file vaccination certificates
- Collaborate with medical teams on certificate approvals
- Maintain and clean the vaccination database
- Follow up on expired vaccination certificates
- Support yearly customer account revalidation
- Manage the closing of inactive accounts
- Collaborate with leads on team training
- Improve customer satisfaction at service levels
