Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in similar role, preferably procurement
  • Workday system experience
  • Other ERP systems experience (advantage)
  • Product management, project management, or process optimization experience
  • Project management skills (Smartsheet)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with business priorities
  • Ability to draft documentation and training manuals
  • Ability to train and support staff
  • Comfortable with agile organizational approach, taking ownership
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong team player, self-starter, and proactive
  • Excited about working in international, multicultural, diverse environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to analyze, describe, present, review complex processes

  • Drive development and improvement of procurement solutions
  • Translate departmental needs into clear product requirements
  • Prioritize features and enhancements with department management
  • Ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality solutions
  • Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback
  • Drive continuous improvement based on feedback
  • Maintain solutions post-implementation
  • Train procurement staff on system usage and best practices
  • Support wider user community with training and guidance
  • Ensure vendor compliance with system requirements
  • Address vendor issues and concerns
  • Document processes and workflow changes
  • Update training materials and desk instructions
  • Support ERP team with punch-out catalog integration
  • Create and maintain internal Workday catalogues
  • Train and support sites in catalogue creation and maintenance
