In this role, you will develop high-performance web applications and APIs, ensuring seamless access to solutions for satellite operators. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with experts to create user-friendly interfaces and maintain robust service integrations.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or completed vocational training in IT
• •1–3 years of practical experience in web development with React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript or equivalent project experience
• •Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and asynchronous programming
• •Practical experience with MongoDB or comparable databases, including basic data modeling and queries
• •Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs
• •Familiarity with Git-based workflows, pull requests, and collaborative development
• •Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow as a full-stack developer
• •Focus on readable, maintainable code and basic testing practices
• •Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
• •Good English, written and spoken
• •First experience with Next.js (SSR, ISR, or App Router)
• •Basic experience with Docker or container-based development
• •Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or automated testing
• •Familiarity with monitoring or error-tracking tools (e.g. DataDog)
• •Interest in space, aerospace, or complex technical domains

Aufgaben

• •Develop and maintain modern web frontends using Next.js
• •Create backend APIs using Node.js
• •Implement user-friendly and secure web applications for satellite operators and space agencies
• •Support the development and maintenance of interfaces between frontend, APIs, and backend services
• •Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and senior developers to translate domain requirements into software solutions
• •Contribute to frontend architecture, performance, usability, and maintainability under team guidance
• •Implement features based on technical concepts and assist in documentation
• •Write clean, well-structured code and contribute to automated tests
• •Support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation in a collaborative environment
• •Analyze and fix issues across frontend and backend layers with team support
• •Work in small, interdisciplinary teams on full-stack development tasks
