- Proficiency with optical design and simulation software: VirtualLab, FDTD, Comsol, Zemax, LightTools, CodeV
- Programming skills, particularly experience with Python and/or MATLAB
- Excellent abilities in problem identification, analysis, and solving
- Systematic and goal-oriented work approach
- Enthusiasm to work as part of an international team
- Fluent communication skills in English
