Anforderungen
- Academic or internship experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 5S)
- Understanding of production KPIs (output, lead time, WIP, adherence to plan)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
- Meeting all criteria not strictly required
Aufgaben
- Analyze production performance using MES data
- Extract and analyze production data from MES systems
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Ensure data reliability and consistency
- Support daily performance management routines
- Implement daily performance routines (tier meetings / QRQC)
- Prepare and lead daily performance reviews
- Consolidate and structure key KPIs for shopfloor teams
- Track deviations and follow up on action plans
- Improve daily performance routines' structure and efficiency
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify inefficiencies and sources of waste
- Support Lean initiatives (process optimization, line balancing)
- Contribute to root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Ensure follow-up of action plans and measure impact
- Collaborate with Production and Industrialization teams
- Support implementation of process improvements and new standards
- Ensure alignment between process design and operational performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement workshops
- Conduct flow analysis to optimize workshop layouts
- Improve performance monitoring and reporting tools
- Develop or enhance performance dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
- Improve visibility on production performance and deviations
- Support standardization of KPIs and reporting practices
