- Ensure health, safety, and quality control
- Coach and lead team to meet daily objectives
- Monitor performance of customer KPIs
- Strive to improve operational processes
- Provide reliable, efficient service at low cost
- Develop and implement customizable solutions
- Maintain standard product offerings
- Manage professional staff and supervisors
- Adapt departmental plans to resource challenges
- Handle situations independently, seeking guidance on complex issues
- Apply subject matter knowledge to solve business issues
- Operate within established practices and procedures
- Escalate nonroutine problems
- Continuously improve operational processes and systems
- Ensure smooth task handover between teams
- Optimize communication during shift transfers
- Update Warehouse Management System daily
- Report production results, system faults, and stock deviations
- Provide necessary reports to Site Manager
- Apply knowledge of theories, methods, and processes
- Understand business interdependencies
- Develop and mentor team members
