- Improve orchestration of LLMs and TTS/STT components
- Design scalable systems for high enterprise concurrency
- Lead API architecture and SDK strategy
- Build scalable abstractions for agent deployment
- Strengthen platform observability and developer tooling
- Attract and hire top-tier technical talent
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability
- Review architecture and critical code paths
- Prototype and unblock high-impact technical work
- Align the technical roadmap with product strategy
