Anforderungen
- Degree in information technology, aerospace technology or engineering
- First experience in operational simulation-based analysis of system of systems in military scenarios, and defining performance indicators/measures of effectiveness (Ideally)
- Familiarity with simulation tools and/or 3D Game Engines
- Good practical programming experience, ideally in Python and C++
- Good knowledge of modeling and simulation
- Operational knowledge in military domain (advantage)
- First experience in project management with agile methods (e.g., Scrum) and appropriate tools
- Knowledge of Atlassian toolstack (Confluence, JIRA) (advantage)
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation
- Fluent/business fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- German knowledge (advantage)
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Analytical thinking skills to understand complex relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Highly motivated graduate
- Citizen of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein)

- Evaluate results using data analysis and statistics
- Manage interfaces with customers, departments, and work packages
- Support technical management of studies and projects
- Support preparing offers, work package descriptions, and effort estimations
- Collaborate with departments, experts, and partners
