Aufgaben
- Coordinate between internal departments and external partners
- Support Carrier & Contract Management in collaboration with logistics providers
- Conduct detailed TCO analyses for logistics decisions
- Determine optimal fleet size and resource allocation
- Evaluate new drive technologies for fleet modernization
- Analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks
- Develop standardized logistics processes for efficiency
- Lead End-to-End implementation projects in the NCE region
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor carrier performance and project progress
