- Support AI investment strategy to drive automation efficiency
- Develop KPIs for capitalization and product profitability
- Analyze financial trends to recommend strategic policy changes
- Steer the overall culture of the finance organization
- Manage funding solutions across a complex matrix organization
- Provide cost driver transparency to external stakeholders
- Own business cases and commercial finance activities
- Execute ROI and NPV analyses for resource allocation
- Serve as a voting member on the Enterprise Prioritization Committee
- Ensure compliance with SOX and audit procedures
- Develop and mentor the indirect finance team
- Lead finance transformation and automation initiatives
- Standardize financial processes using OneStream and PowerBI
