Vice President Business Development - Middle East(m/w/x)

Defining regional sales strategy for Middle East & Africa aircraft engine MRO services. Minimum 10 years aerospace MRO experience required. Focus on complex international sales opportunities.

Anforderungen

  • Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in aerospace MRO industry, strong knowledge of engine services preferred; component services background considered
  • Proven track record delivering sales growth, revenue, and profitability targets in complex international environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of contracts, pricing, negotiation strategies, and financial drivers
  • Established professional network in aerospace MRO market, ideally within Middle East & Africa region
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural skills; ability to influence at executive level and in customer-facing environments
  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience; fluent in English; additional languages are an asset; Arabic can be a plus
  • Currently only consider applicants holding an EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss working permit due to Swiss immigration regulations
  • Established professional network in the aerospace MRO market, ideally within the Middle East & Africa region
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; fluent in English, additional languages are an asset. Arabic can be a plus

Aufgaben

  • Define regional sales strategy for Middle East & Africa
  • Drive commercial growth in line with company targets
  • Lead and mentor regional business development team
  • Achieve annual order intake, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Develop winning strategies for key sales opportunities
  • Balance customer expectations, market pricing, and company objectives
  • Manage full sales process from lead generation to contract signature
  • Ensure alignment with agreed timelines and objectives
  • Win new business and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Grow third-party engine MRO business
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Support operations through commercial alignment
  • Manage engine induction and coordinate key customer projects
  • Represent SR Technics at regional customer meetings and events
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Maintain CRM data quality
  • Deliver assigned business development projects
