- Experience managing cross-functional projects and Supply Chain transformations
- Proficiency with project management and ticketing tools
- Ability to translate operational challenges into technical requirements
- High resilience and ability to deliver under pressure
- Strong communication skills for supplier and stakeholder management
- Business Fluent English
- Proficiency in German, Russian, or Polish
Aufgaben
- Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis on inbound logistics
- Drive the continuous improvement project funnel
- Build and automate PowerBI and Tableau dashboards
- Implement Control Chart setups to monitor process stability
- Manage workstreams within the Purchase Order Management program
- Translate operational issues into technical requirements for Product teams
- Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance performance
- Facilitate Monthly Business Reviews with detailed performance reports
- Conduct regular Gemba walks to validate warehouse processes
- Log observations on ASNs, labels, and delivery flows
- Identify blockers and risks for major project requirements
- Map end-to-end Purchase Order and Invoice Verification flows
- Lead change management efforts across cross-functional teams
- Maintain the Inbound Logistics Performance Excellence environment
- Coordinate multiple projects while aligning stakeholders and partners
