Aufgaben
- Manage and maintain vendor master data in tools and SAP
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information
- Process vendor requests and modifications
- Support the procurement function
- Maintain and update vendor master data records
- Ensure accuracy of banking details, contact information, and tax IDs
- Process new vendor setups and modifications timely
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments
- Streamline the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Translate vendor data insights into improvement projects
- Strengthen vendor data quality and governance
- Identify vendor data gaps
- Define vendor data standards
- Coordinate vendor data fixes/changes with stakeholders
- Document updated vendor data processes
- Drive correction actions for vendor onboarding and maintenance
- Implement preventative controls for vendor onboarding and maintenance
