- Manage roles, permissions, security, and data governance
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and user enablement
- Develop technical documentation, configuration records, and training materials
- Lead integrations with downstream data platforms and external digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Implement innovative solutions like generative AI and predictive analytics
- Partner with Data Science teams on AI-powered proof-of-concept initiatives
