Aufgaben
- Act as the primary contact for third-party tax reclaim services
- Maintain and update client data for account openings and closings
- Perform static data adjustments and controls
- Assist the Head of Tax with regulatory reporting for FATCA and AEI
- Support the preparation of 1099, 1042, and 1042-S forms
- Generate US and Swiss client tax statements
- Execute tax cost-basis adjustments for security transfers and accounting changes
- Manage cost-basis adjustments for death cases
- Perform rigorous data controls and reconciliations
- Report supplementary withholding tax to the ESTV for the USA and Canada
- Handle transactional tax reporting for Financial Transaction Tax
