As a UI/UX Designer, you will engage in the entire product life cycle, from concept development to testing. Your role involves creating prototypes, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with teams to refine design systems across various platforms.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum four years in client-facing UI/UX role
• •Strong portfolio illustrating experience in designing complex systems
• •Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles
• •Passion for current design trends and best practices
• •Sharp problem-solving mindset and creative skills
• •Ability to communicate concepts clearly with diverse backgrounds
• •Extensive design software knowledge, especially Figma
• •Proficiency in English, advantage for German

Aufgaben

• •Accompany products throughout their life cycle
• •Work on custom software from concept to acceptance testing
• •Develop prototypes and concepts for sales, marketing, and pricing apps
• •Gather and evaluate user needs with Product Managers
• •Identify and assess user requirements with the Delivery/Product Manager
• •Design and refine concepts using design-thinking methodologies
• •Generate wireframes, user journey maps, and flow diagrams
• •Create interactive prototypes with UI specifications
• •Present design concepts and decisions to clients
• •Gather client feedback through user interviews
• •Provide guidance on design topics to clients and consultants
• •Collaborate with the team to shape the design system
