Aufgaben
- Own liquidity planning at entity and group levels
- Refine forecasts to ensure business solvency
- Lead IPO readiness from treasury perspective
- Contribute to long-term capital strategy
- Participate in M&A financing activities
- Develop and structure financing models for acquisitions
- Manage daily cash flows
- Administer global bank account portfolio
- Oversee cash pooling arrangements
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Evaluate currency and interest rate exposures
- Use appropriate hedging instruments
- Build relationships with banking partners
- Negotiate terms and conditions
- Support external financing procurement
- Manage intercompany financing arrangements
- Own treasury system landscape
- Drive automation of reporting and payment processes
- Produce high-quality treasury reports
- Create liquidity analyses and dashboards
- Provide timely financial intelligence
