Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, marketing, or related field
- •MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical key account management or related role
- •Experience working with biopharma portfolios including specialty care, vaccines, or hospital products
- •Familiarity with tendering processes, distributor management, and public-private partnerships in mid-size markets
- •Exposure to KAM transformation initiatives and organizational change management
- •Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics
- •Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •Proven ability to manage complex accounts and navigate matrix organizations
- •Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- •Fluency in German and English
