Aufgaben
- Participate in injection tool concept validation
- Define injection systems
- Serve as technical interface with toolmakers
- Propose improvements for project targets
- Support tooling purchasing with technical input
- Participate in injection trials
- Lead action plans for performance targets
- Analyze trial results
- Manage tuning loops
- Ensure stable production conditions
- Contribute to wash-up meetings
- Synthesize results with cross-functional teams
- Update and follow action plans (FAC)
- Communicate with toolmakers
- Ensure tool and process reliability during transfers
- Troubleshoot injection and tooling issues
- Capitalize on lessons learned
- Share best practices within the network
- Participate in customer validation phases (PPAP/PVS)
- Maintain technical databases
- Update technical databases
- Ensure compliance with quality systems
- Collaborate with plants and technical centers
- Ensure successful industrialization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
