Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in field sales, ideally in fintech, POS, merchant services, or telecom
- •Management of 10+ freelancers, consultants, or commission-based sales teams
- •Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership
- •Understanding of small business owners' needs and long-term customer relationships
- •Strong analytical skills and confidence with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM tools
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Recruit and manage 20–30 self-employed Field Sales Consultants across Germany
- •Actively sell SumUp’s POS and payment products to local businesses
- •Provide continuous training and performance reviews for your team
- •Support Field Sales Consultants on the ground to help them hit targets
- •Monitor KPIs and analyze sales data to optimize performance
- •Design initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention
- •Collaborate with HQ to share local insights and shape market initiatives
