Territory Manager - Bioprocessing(m/w/x)
Regional sales of bioprocessing equipment at filtration technology leader, identifying new business. 2+ years technical sales experience with bioprocessing equipment required; Engineering degree beneficial. Autonomous regional sales, CRM-driven prospecting and KPI tracking.
Anforderungen
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of technical sales experience
- Previous experience with bioprocessing equipment
- Engineering degree would be beneficial
- Previous Life Sciences experience would be highly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in both a team environment or individually as required
Aufgaben
- Lead sales efforts in the region
- Identify and create new business opportunities
- Maximize sales according to set targets
- Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation
- Manage opportunities and track KPIs in target markets
- Provide accurate pipeline and forecast reports
- Include customer and competitor feedback in reports
- Stay updated on product and market knowledge
- Respond to operational situations for optimal results
- Communicate clearly with clients and internally
- Prepare and implement territory sales and marketing strategies
- Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory as needed
- Explain company products, services, and value propositions
- Create brand awareness in the assigned territory
- Maintain strong pre and post-sales relationships with customers
